Recruiter/Vendor:
In the cases where employer doesn’t sponsor the work permit, the candidate needs to look for a Recruiter (also known as Vendor) who is ready to sponsor. The recruiter will coordinate with your employer in arranging the required paperwork.
Client:
Client is the one who owns the project and for which the hiring is carried out. A contractor typically works at the client location, also called ‘Onsite’.
Contractor: A contractor is the person who is being offered the job for a specific time period, post which the project may or may not get extended. The contractor needs to comply with the policies of both the Employer and the Recruiter.
This type of recruitment is called Employer-Vendor-Client model (EVC Model).
